            60 vezanih zastupnika, sredi\u0161njeg klirin\u0161kog depozitarnog 
            61 dru\u0161tva, dru\u0161tava za osiguranje i reosiguranje, zastupnika i 
            62 posrednika u osiguranju i reosiguranju, dru\u0161tava za upravljanje 
            63 investicijskim i mirovinskim fondovima, mirovinskih 
            64 osiguravaju\u0107ih dru\u0161tava, investicijskih i mirovinskih 
            65 fondova, Sredi\u0161njeg registra osiguranika, Fonda hrvatskih 
            66 branitelja iz Domovinskog rata i \u010dlanova njihovih obitelji, 
            67 Umirovljeni\u010dkog fonda i pravnih osoba koje se bave poslovima 
            68 leasinga i faktoringa, osim ako ih banke obavljaju unutar svoje 
            69 registrirane djelatnosti.\r\n\r\nHanfa je osnovana 2005. godine 
            70 spajanjem triju postoje\u0107ih nadzornih institucija: Komisije za 
            71 vrijednosne papire, Agencije za nadzor mirovinskih fondova i 
            72 osiguranja te Direkcije za nadzor dru\u0161tava za 
            73 osiguranje.\r\n\r\nHanfa je samostalna pravna osoba s javnim ovlastima 
            74 u okviru svog djelokruga i nadle\u017enosti propisanih Zakonom o 
            75 Hrvatskoj agenciji za nadzor financijskih usluga i drugim zakonima. 
            76 Odgovorna je Hrvatskom saboru.\r\n\r\nTemeljni su ciljevi Hanfe 
            77 promicanje i o\u010duvanje stabilnosti financijskog sustava i nadzor 
            78 zakonitosti poslovanja subjekata nadzora, a u ostvarivanju svojih 
            79 ciljeva Hanfa se rukovodi na\u010delima transparentnosti, izgradnje 
            80 povjerenja me\u0111u sudionicima financijskih tr\u017ei\u0161ta i 
            81 izvje\u0161\u0107ivanja potro\u0161a\u010da.",
